We have a wide software suite to help our clients with their financial and accounting needs. This includes Adobe Acrobat, QuickBooks Online & Desktop, Drake Tax, Microsoft Office products, Google Drive products, the list goes on. In the last couple years, AI has been at the forefront of the technological boom and a large driver of our stock market. And rightfully so, AI has revolutionized how certain things are done and has also become a useful assistant for many.
I’m sure you all are familiar with Grok, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, etc. These are all AI chatbots, probably the most widely used version of AI. Many don’t think about the other ways AI is being integrated into our everyday apps and software. QuickBooks has a great article on how they integrate AI into their tools, specifically for small businesses (Artificial intelligence (AI) for small businesses: How to implement + tools | QuickBooks). I recommend viewing their conversation on how AI is useful with customer communication. Automating functions here can save a lot of time, anything from processing orders to answering customer inquiries.
Another great tool AI is built into is Adobe Acrobat. We use this AI integration all the time to help search through large documents. It also allows for great summaries, analysis, and search functionality. Adobe explains a lot of the use cases here (Adobe Acrobat Generative AI overview). We find this AI integration to help increase our productivity and comprehension of important documents. How are you using AI in your day to day workflow?
